PACKING PLYWOOD

Packing plywood is an idea material to make wood packaging product such as crate, box, pallet…which protects goods during transportation process and helps them avoid from external damages.

Here in Unigo, we offer 2 types of Packing plywood: AB and BC

AB grade: 1 face is Bintagor/ Okume ( red face) and 1 face is Styrax ( white face)

BC grade: 2 faces are Styrax

BC grade is the most cost-effective plywood with good durabale character.

AB grade has a better look than BC grade come with a strong durable as well .

SPECIFICATIONS

• Size: 1220 x 2440 or customized
• Thickness: 2 to 30 (mm)
• Face and back: Bintagor, Okume, Styrax
• Core: Mixed hardwood (acacia, eucalyptus, styrax)
• Glue: E2, E1
• Hot pressing: 1 time, 2 times
• Thickness tolerance: +/- 1 mm
• Moisture content: < 15%
• Density: 550 – 580kg/m3
• Surface sanding: available
